Booking pages

Empi lets you publish a focused booking page for a specific kind of meeting. Guests see only the availability that applies to that booking type. They do not need access to your workspace or to the rest of your calendar.

Create a booking type

Open Agenda and create or edit a booking type. Set its duration, availability, location or conference details, and the destination calendar. The configuration is explicit per type, so a short introduction and a longer review can have different rules.

A connected provider calendar is required for the initial setup. Empi uses it to keep the resulting event in the calendar you chose.

Use the share control for a booking type to copy its scoped public link. You can share a page for one type or a group of types. The public page presents the available times and confirms the reservation without exposing your other calendar items.

What guests can do

After confirmation, a guest can add the event to Google Calendar, Outlook or another calendar through an iCalendar file. The invitation also includes the guest's own cancel or reschedule link. Those actions update the booking through the calendar provider; Empi does not send a separate invitation email.

Return to Agenda to review a booking. Guest management, ICS downloads and data-erasure handling remain scoped to the individual booking.
